IMPORTANT : QUARTZ TSL WILL COMMENCE DAY 1 OF PRODUCTION WHERE ALL NECESSARY DATA IS RECEIVED BY 8.30 am FOR MULTILAYERS & 10.00 am FOR SINGLE SIDED & PLATED THRU PCB & AN OFFICIAL ORDER BY FAX OR POST HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Data sent via email really is today's best option. It allows you to resend modified data if a problem is discovered or files are found to be missing . This is the method of data transfer we prefer. For this reason we have two e-mail addresses in case one ISP(Internet service provider) network is down you can redirect the e-mail via a second ISP server network. We prefer all data to be zipped up using WinZip accompanied by a read me file.

Sending data via diskette is just as easy and all the above requirements regarding zipped up file and a
client readme file still hold true. The main draw back with sending data via a diskette through the post is the time lag. From the client sending their finished data, to Quartz receiving the actual disk.
IMPORTANT. The time lag can effect the starting date for each job. See Important information above in red.

Quartz can also work with existing clients photo plots, but would request visual inspection of the artworks before agreeing to commence manufacture. If you have hand made artwork Quartz can sort out photo reduction and photography details. Tooling charges apply as per normal.
