Quartz Technical Services Ltd was formed in 1987 by its current  Managing Director Brian Mousley. Who already had 25 years experience of the high tech  UK and European printed circuit board (PCB)  industry before starting Quartz TSL.

From its original beginings to provide  High quality UK PCB manufacture. Quartz TSL under Brian's guidance and vision have added many additional manufacturing services over its 30 years.

While  other UK based PCB manufacturers have closed their factories and  opted to just become brokers for anonymous far east manufacturers. Quartz TSL have always been passionate about UK manufacturing. We will always have the vast majority of our PCB's produced in house at our Leicester  PCB fabrication facility. Quartz TSL  have in recent years become UK reshoring experts helping many  companies bring electronic manufacturing back to the UK. Mainly due to  quality levels and  low attention to detail  by overseas manufacturers. PCB's made in the midlands and high tech electronics manufactured here are crucial to the national UK economy which has not been missed by Quartz TSL.
