QUARTZ TSL INVEST IN BRITISH MANUFACTURING
Quartz TSL have invested in the very latest British manufactured hot air Levelling machinery. The Cemco Quicksilver was chosen due to many factors but not least that it is classed as the best machine in the levelling market.
Quartz TSL are extremely pleased with the new machinery and were doubly pleased to be able to buy a British manufactured machine. It will allow Quartz TSL to provide the very latest smoothest Rohs compliant finish to its in house manufacture PCB's (printed circuit boards). It will also allow a new Hot Air level service to other UK PCB manufacturers who due to maintenence or machine breakdown need to sub contract out their Hot air levelling requirements.
Also the investment in the new technology was needed not only continue manufacturing PCB's in the UK but also the new machinery was integral to the proposed new WOWPCB shared prototype and small batch panel service Quartz TSL intends to offer later this year.
