BOX MACHINING

Quartz TSL offers our in-house box/enclosure machining service.

Using our in-house CNC IS400 Gravograph we can offer aluminium and plastic box and enclosure machining for our customers enclosure requirements.

Also on coloured anodised enclosures we can even laser engrave text directly into the anodising to create text and logos without the use of screen printing and its associated cost. See some of the images to the right. For others we can produce labels on our vinyl and polyester cut and print label equipment.

We can supply the enclosures or work with customers free issued enclosures.

Quartz TSL can work with the following file formats

  • PDF drawings
  • Autocad dwg files
  • DXF files
  • Adobe illustrator files
  • Corel Draw files
  • Customers drawings/sketches

Quartz TSL can take simple customer drawings and sketches and create the CNC files based on that.

If you require fascia or box labels we create and supply these as well as part of the service.

Logo files are best accepted as vector formats if possible, but we can work with Jpeg's if the resolution is high enough.
